Old Surehand and his Indian friend WINNETOU™™ come into blows against this gang of thieves called The Vultures, who disguise themselves as Indians to terrorize local prospectors.  A tempestuous frontierswoman (Annie, played by Elke Sommer) is en route to see her father, carrying some valuables, and reluctantly accepts the help of Old Surehand and WINNETOU™ to gain safe passage through the Rocky Mountains.
